Claudine Cherfan est Vice-Présidente Europe du Sud de Genesys. Diplômée de l’ESCP-EAP, elle a débuté sa carrière professionnelle en 1993 chez Business Objects, éditeur de logiciels d’informatique décisionnelle au marketing puis aux ventes. Claudine Cherfan a ensuite rejoint Genesys en 2000 et y a occupé des fonctions de ventes puis de Country Manager France avant de reprendre la direction de la région Europe du Sud en 2012.

Boubacar Diallo est Senior Solutions Consultant au sein de l’équipe avant-vente Genesys France et aide les sociétés à repenser leur façon d’engager les clients, d’engager leurs collaborateurs ainsi que leur façon d’optimiser leurs opérations. Diplômé de l’université Paris I, il a mené différentes missions de conseils et d’accompagnement auprès de clients grands comptes pour la mise en œuvre et le suivi opérationnel de leurs Centres de Contacts multimédia. Boubacar rejoint Interactive Intelligence en 2014 puis Genesys en 2016 en tant que Senior Solutions Consultant au sein de l’équipe avant-vente France.

Janelle Dieken

Janelle Dieken is the Senior Vice President of Product Marketing with over 15 years of experience in customer experience solution strategy. Janelle is responsible for competitive intelligence, product marketing, and financial sales tools and analytics to drive continued business growth. She is certified in Customer Experience Management, formally trained in service design, and is a subject matter expert in Genesys solutions.

About Tom Eggemeier

Tom Eggemeier is the president at Genesys. He is responsible for all of the company's customer-facing activities, including global sales, customer success, channel, and field operations. Prior to his current role, Tom led the Alcatel-Lucent global enterprise sales organization (which included Genesys) with revenue responsibility of approximately $1.8 billion. Previously, Tom held a variety of leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Enterasys Networks, and Compaq in the areas of general management, sales and channels, product management, marketing, corporate communications, and research and development. Tom holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he has served as a Visiting Committee member, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

Bruce Eidsvik

About Bruce Eidsvik

Bruce is the SVP of Global Field Marketing. Previously, Bruce headed up the Asia Pacific team as the Managing Director APAC with the overall responsibility for Genesys customer activities, including sales, channel-management, delivery and customer satisfaction. Based in Singapore he collaborates very closely with the Genesys APAC team to ensure customer engagement and alignment across the region. Prior to joining the APAC team Bruce managed the Strategic Solutions group for the Alcatel-Lucent Entreprise, based in Paris. The Strategic Solutions group included Business Consultants, Solution Architects and Sales Specialist who focus our leading edge packages to help drive innovation and deliver powerful business cases for our customers and partners. Formerly, Bruce ran the Voice Portal team in EMEA which conceived the highly successful intelligent Customer Front Door solution which is helping customer’s deliver better customer service through a balance of live and self service. Prior to Genesys, Bruce was a co-founder of VoiceGenie Technologies and ran the global sales force. VoiceGenie was acquired by Genesys in 2006. Bruce is a pioneer in the VoiceXML marketspace, having worked with AT&T since 1996 in the development of the original VoiceXML phoneweb product. Bruce was also instrumental in securing VoiceGenie’s early lead in the marketplace and devising the focused product strategy that led to early profitability for the company. Prior to VoiceGenie, Bruce worked for several years as VP of Sales and Marketing for Array and as Director of Engineering and Director of Business Development for Sparton of Canada. He received his BSc. with Honours in Engineering Physics in 1985.

Paul Segre

Paul Segre is the chief executive officer at Genesys. Since taking on this position in 2007, he has led the company to consistent yearly double-digit growth and revenues of over $1 billion. Paul joined Genesys in 2002 as chief technology officer with responsibility for product management and engineering. In 2004, he became chief operating officer with responsibility for sales, service, and support. From 2002 to 2011, Paul held a variety of executive management roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including president of the Applications Group, which included Genesys. During this time, he led a worldwide team and grew revenues to more than $2.9 billion. Prior to Genesys, Paul held senior positions at DSC, Bell Labs, and AT&T Network Systems in strategy, business development, and operations support systems development. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in operations research from Stanford University.
